Welcome — I’m Klarissa, and I created Ascend Healing & Spa as a sacred space for deep renewal, intentional care, and soulful connection. Rooted in the heart of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Ascend blends holistic skincare, intuitive bodywork, and energy healing to support your full being — skin, body, mind, and spirit. Each session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rise into your highest state of balance and vitality. Whether we’re working through lymphatic pathways, releasing stuck energy, calming the nervous system, or guiding your skin toward radiant health, the approach is always the same: presence, intention, and deep respect for your body’s wisdom. My work is inspired by the belief that healing begins beneath the surface — that beauty is the result of flow, that strength is found in stillness, and that when we make space for the body to soften, the soul speaks.
